Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders may take 1-3 business days to ship. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. All stock listed online are on hand ready for despatch. 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Shipping within Australia is completed through Australia Post.

Delivery Times:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping is 2 - 8 business days
  • Express Domestic Shipping is 1 - 4 business days 

Shipping to the rest of the world is done via DHL or Australia post

Delivery times

  • DHL shipping is 2 - 5 business days
  • Auspost international shipping is 7 - 14 business days 
Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide via DHL express or Australia Post international parcel post. Please note that we are not responsible for custom duties relevant to your country

Are duties and taxes included on my order?

For orders within Australia:

  • Taxes are included in your order.
  • Custom duties do not apply

For orders outside of Australia

  • Duties and taxes are not included in your order
  • Please note we are not responsible for any additional custom duties or taxes that may apply for orders going outside of Australia. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order.
  • Please note: if payment to customs is not made, your order will be returned to us and a shipping handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange & Returns

How can I return/exchange my order?

If an item isn't quite right for you, it can be returned for store credit or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty item (manufacturing fault) upon receipt, we will gladly exchange the item or process a refund to your original payment method.

All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 14 days. Items must be returned with their original packaging (tags attached) and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

Please note: if items are not returned in the same condition they were sent out, there will be a 40% reduction in store credit as a handling fee. Eg, If your returns are covered in dog/human hair, make-up stains etc.

  • Only store credits are available during sale periods, as we can not guarantee your exchanged item will stay in stock. If items are purchased during a sale period, exchanging them for another product will mean you need to pay RRP on that product instead of its sale price (if the sale has ended).
  • Sometimes, your desired product may go out of stock during the exchange process. If this occurs, we will automatically issue you a store credit for the value of the returned product.
  • We do not offer returns on some items, including socks, undergarments, hats, and accessories.
How long will it take to receive store credit / refund for my order?

Credit/exchange: Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your store credit or replacement within 7 working days of it reaching our warehouse.

Faulty items: once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 7 working days of it reaching our warehouse.

I have not received my order.

Why I have not received my order within the estimated time?

Please check the following before contacting our customer service team:

  • Check you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.
  • Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.
  • Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from one of couriers, it may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot awaiting collection or redelivery.
  • Check nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf

Although our couriers should not leave your parcel with a neighbour its always worth checking with your neighbour just in case.

Please contact the carrier and online@realismclo.com and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delayed / Lost orders.

Sometimes, there can be a delay in getting your parcel to you. Usually this is out of our hands, but we will do everything we can to speed up the process.

If you have not received your order within 14 business days, please email us at online@realismclo.com, and we will launch an enquiry and hopefully get your parcel to you as soon as possible.

Please note: We are NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. We are not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of any one of our shipping subsidiaries.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend any details or addresses on orders once it has been processed at our warehouse.
